MobileMe and Me

I just got an email tonight warning me that my MobileMe account is due to expire in January. Unfortunately, this is also right before the annual Macworld Expo. Now, the fun part of being a Mac fan is wondering what goodies will be announced on stage. If this means free MobileMe (something rumored about for a long time) for everyone, that’d be great - I wonder whether or not I should renew?
